Help with final arrangements for Nick Toth

Nick spent a lot of his adult years struggling with diabetes then stage 5 kidney failure and was put on Kidney Dialysis 3 years ago for 3 days a week 3 plus hours each treatment he sat, never complaining about it.
3 weeks ago Nick had bad abdominal pain...and was rushed to the hospital
on June 24th.
Emergency surgery was performed for a ruptured colon. Half of his colon was removed...3 ft of lower intestine removed and resected. 1+ weeks if ICU and he was on his way to a regular room... but his organs and heart were so calcified from years of diabetes and kidney disease that his heart was weak. So weak in fact that it was difficult for the nurses to get Blood Pressure readings on him...so back to ICU and close monitoring. On Friday July 15 he did not send me his normal "hey" text...or my everyday "morning"...so I rushed to the hospital.
He was weak...tired..and not doing good.
I sat with him all day...
He complained that he had bad heartburn...we found out that it wasn't heartburn at all...his heart was palpitating and that was the heartburn he was feeling.
He got a visit from Pastor Jerry and wife Judy from our church and he prayed for Nick. Nick accepted the lord.....he was ok with that giving him a he told Pastor Jerry. After they left...Sadie came...his roommate Gina came and we all prayed for him....he said the room was dark...and he was having difficulty breathing and within a few minutes...the team was trying to resuscitate him...they stopped after we decided it was over...no more pain for my son.
He was through enough.
He suffered enough.
He wouldn't want all the hoopla of a funeral home setting. His wishes were never really discussed.
I have decided that he be cremated and some of his ashes be spread in Colorado a place he loved the most. He just mentioned to me Friday about 3 o'clock when they were working on his blood pressure that he wanted to go to Colorado...soon...I said "ok baby". Albert his dog will be going to live with Nick's cousin Jamie and her menagerie of pitties and pugs in South Carolina. (One of the few things we did disuss.)
He will live his best life with his furry cousins and Aunt Jamie.
Cremation costs and arraignments for Albert to get to S. Carolina and taking my son to his resting place in Colorado were not on my list of things to save for....not for many many years but God had other plans for Nick.
So if anyone would like to help with his final arrangements...I would so love the help.
Nick loved you all so and loved life even though his wasn't the best situation.
I will miss my "morning" texts...and "heys" when I slept in a little.
My son, my best bud is gone and I dont know how to deal with this.
