Help with Dylan's eye surgery

Hi everyone I am Dylan I am a type 1 Diabetic who has two detached retinas and will undergo my third retina surgery the day after Christmas. I learned of this on December 23, 2017. I will be completely blind with a slim chance of getting some vision back. My left eye is completely gone. All I am asking for is for some help anything helps and well I am so very desperate. The costs of everything is very expensive and I will be unable to work or have any source of income.
