Help with dental and medical costs please.

My name is Emily, and I was attacked by a dog on February 1st of this year. Insurance has paid majority of my emergency visit, but not dental. 
I was invited into a friends', bosses home who had a beautiful 9 month old Akita. Even for 9 months, he was like a small bear. I was petting this dog for over 30 minutes after being invited into the house by the owner. I was scratching behind his ear, and wanted to scratch behind both ears. He seemed so lovable.. Once I bent down in front of the dog, he went for my face. Photos will show what I can not tell. My face was in a dogs mouth..
I went to Harris where a plastic surgeon was on call, and was released the next day. The Dog was quarantined for 10 days, and released back to his owner. Besides, animals are still animals; I was in his home.
I need help with the dental cost of implants since 3 front bottom teeth where ripped out. I was estimated $8,000, but am raising $9,000 for other medical costs that keep randomly popping up. I don't need much, just help.
