Help with Christine Baldino's Funeral Expenses

Calling ALL, family and friends of Christine Baldino, from East to West Coast
Our dear friend, Christine Weinert Baldino passed away this past Monday, May 25, 2020 in her sleep. And we need your help in giving Christine the sendoff she deserves.
She was a beautiful and warm soul who enriched the lives of many through her ability to listen, care, give comfort, as well as laugh and liven up any mood.
Proceeding her in death was younger brother Tommy (7 years ago), her son Jamie Sangouthai -- her heart and soul (5 years ago), and most recently her brother Matthew (January 2020). After all of that loss, and in hopes for relaxation and a caring connection with old friends; Christine moved to Pennsylvania this past February to live with a close friend, so she could spend time with her college classmate and friend of 50+ years Leslie.
Christine spent her life working hard and caring for people. She looked out for her family and friends, and even those she didn’t know-- right up to leaving NY in February. Knowing she only had maybe $100.00 of her own money to live on for the next 2 weeks, she still was handing out $5.00 and sandwiches to the homeless people on the street. Faith, Hope and Positivity carried her.
Being colorful in mind, body, soul and hair; Christine always had the ability to uplift others. Most recently, even as twisted and bent over as she was due to RA and severe Spinal Scoliosis, she named her cane “Lucy” and her walker “Ricky”. Cracking jokes about herself and them as she’d inch her way around. Her message was never negative no matter what the pain level was. Her goal was always to make you laugh and feel comfortable and loved, and be positive.
Now, in Christine’s passing, I am asking anyone who knew and cared about her to help send her off in a way she truly deserves. For us to come together and make sure that Christine is cared for in a loving and comfortable way—like she always made sure we all felt in life.
Not surprisingly, Christine’s requests are modest: to be cremated and her ashes joined with her son Jamie’s, and a Catholic Mass.
This is where we all come in.
As you take a moment and think of how Christine has touch your life … and PLEASE DONATE. Even just a few dollars will help.
Proceeds collected will 100% go toward funeral costs.
