My son needs help - $5 for Brain Tumor Surgery

Chaise Webber is a husband and a father of two. He is a Correctional Officer in a youth facility in Colorado Springs, CO. He just underwent a Hospital record 30 hour surgery to remove a brain tumor that had grown into his brain stem. I’m hoping to find several people to donate $5 to help my son with the enormous costs of surgery and to be able to maintain expenses until he is able to recover and return to work (we pray). I’m asking for a small donation and for you to share this link with everyone you can. If enough people give a small donation, this would be amazing for him. Please help. For those of you who know me - know that I’m not usually someone who would send a request for help. But this is more than we can handle. Chaise told me not to set up a fund request because he doesn’t like asking others for help but the fact of the matter is, he has two young children and costs are already soaring - and the surgery will only be partially covered by what some would consider to be horrible insurance. We don’t want anyone to donate their last $20 or $50 in their account. Please don’t do that. Just a small donation and perhaps forwarding this on so we can get enough without any one person or family being impacted.
I don’t have a certain goal in mind since I don’t know for sure how much it will add up to, but just hoping we can collect enough to help him get through this surgery and not worry about how to make the payments etc. it would be especially great if we can get the message to enough people to where his portion of the cost of surgery is also covered. We are thinking this could be 20 or 25k ish. I put an amount in there just guessing on how much this will be setting him back - I just don’t want him to worry about immediate expenses and debt accumulation.
This has been just a terrible and stressful thing. We are all so worried about it. We know a lot of families across the world are dealing with things like this. We sure appreciate your consideration of a small donation. Please share this and ask your friends to do the same.
