Help William with Payment of Medical Expnses

Please help William Cann who recently suffered a stroke and has run out of medical insurance. Presently he is at a Medical Center in Burlington Massachusetts awaiting transfer back to Bermuda, and is in dire need of assistance in paying for medical expenses.
