HELP! We have no Hot Water Heater!

My name is Micki Varlack. I am a single mother of a 2-year-old daughter who lives in a private property under Raven Hollis Sr. Roughly a few weeks ago, I noticed a leak in our Hot Water Heater, and I contacted my landlord to help. He came out and drained the water heater and then took it. He stated that he would return with a new heater because it was broken and weeks later, after calls, texts and emails? He has NOT returned to place a water heater inside the home. I am currently unemployed disabled, and he knows these things. It is exceptionally too cold for us not to have hot water. I have boiled water, dishes have begun to mold in my home, and much more! I've contacted legal aid, and also the courts as well for Clayton County. I do not have the money to get a hot water heater placed in my home on my own. I am seeking the money to get a hot water heater so I can attach this to our court hearing so that he can then reimburse me for such. I need help as soon as possible. It's not fair to live in such deplorable conditions. This is only one of the issues with living under this slum lord. There is mold in the ceiling due to the A/C that blew out last year. He fixed it but it continued to leak and it has left mold in the ceilings. I've contacted Code Enforcement as well. To no avail we are still stuck in this position. Any help would be great! I have found a very nice Certified Plumber who is willing to place the Hot Water Heater in my home fro FREE if I am able to manage getting the hot water heater. Please help me. I am grateful for everyone who can. Blessings.
