Help Wade with Tuition

Hi everyone,
For those of you that don't know me, my name is Wade Barbera. I'm 22 years old, turning 23 on 2/27/18. I'm President and Senior Captain for the URI Quidditch Club, Treasurer of the URI League of Legends Club, Head of Registration for BronyCon 2018, and a former foster child.
I have been attending the University of Rhode Island since Summer of 2013 and until this point have been paying for it through the use of federal grants and loans. However, through no fault of anyone other than my own, my financial aid has been revoked for the Spring 2018 semester. In Spring 2017, I took an injury that required me to take incompletes in my classes. These incompletes meant that I had not made "Satisfactory Academic Progress" and was at risk to have my financial aid revoked if I did not make up the classes during the fall semester while also passing all my classes. Due to a mixture of taking on too many courses in order to graduate and being off of my medication for BiPolar Disorder & ADHD, I failed a course and lost my financial aid. Over the past month, I have worked with financial and academic advisors trying to find private loans and other ways to pay off my bill. It doesn't help that I can only work 20 hours a week for $10/h while trying to pay off my phone bill, my credit card bill, and buying food. At the end of my last paycheck, I had roughly $70 after paying off all my expenses, and that still wasn't taking into account food for 2 weeks.
At this point, we are far enough into the semester that even if I dropped all my classes and withdrew from the University completely, I would still have to pay the bill. I try to live my life asking for as little help as possile from ohers, but that fact is that I'm out of options. The bill for this semester is $12,000 and late fees will start to pile up at the beginning of March. The remaining $3,000 I am asking for is to help cover the late fees as well as a safety net incase I cannot recover my financial aid for the summer courses I need to graduate.
Even $1 would be appriciated. I am in no way expecting this campaign to pay off the entire bill, but just lightening the load would make me extremely happy. I don't know how to repay anyone that helps, but the best I can do is continue to try and be the best version of myself that I can. I'm sorry to ask you for help, especiallly on such short notice when so much needs to be done, but your support would mean the world to me.
I just want to reiterate, $12,000 is the goal for this semester, while the extra $3,000 will help me with summer courses and current bills.
