Help Vijays Living Expenses

On November 24th we found out that our dad was diagnosed with stage 4 oral cancer, and it was rapidly growing. A week later  he underwent  surgery to remove the initial tumor. This  lasted 14 hours, and required a week-long stay in the ICU, as well as another 2 weeks of recovery in the general ward of LBJ hospital. This surgery required he have a tracheostomy, as well as a Gastrostomy feeding tube. Post surgery he had to start extensive treatment consisting of chemotherapy and radiation therapy(5 days a week for 8 weeks). His treatment ended in March and afterwards he had to do another CT scan to see if the treatment was successful, and if the cancerous cells were in remission. On April 24th  we found out that the cancer was not in remission , and  has started spreading into his lungs which means he has to undergo another 4  rounds of chemo and then up to 2 years of immunotherapy. Luckily all of his treatment is being taken care of but because of this situation it has prevented him from being able to work and my mom has stopped working in order to take care of him full time. My brother and I are trying to help them as much as we can but we are afraid it won’t be enough to cover all of his living expenses for the next few months. I am asking that you spread the word and that any amount helps and is greatly appreciated.
