Help Vegan Junk Food's employees during rebuilding

Hey everyone. As you may know, on January 14th we had a pipe burst in the ceiling of the kitchen at Vegan Junk Food. The water spread throughout the entire restaurant and did significant damage to the ceiling, walls, floor, and the dining counter. We are fundraising to help our employees deal with the loss of income.

We are in the process of drying the restaurant out, but even Serve Pro is stretched thin because of the storm and does not have enough equipment to properly get us all dried out. Hopefully our insurance, Nationwide, will cover the cost of repairs and help with the loss but that is at least a month away and repairs may take longer than that. In the interim our employees are trying to get unemployment, but several have been told they do not qualify for the help.

All of the proceeds of this fundraiser will go to our employees. By donating you will help them manage their immediate expenses and deal with the uncertainties of our rebuild and reopen timetable.
