Help Vasco go to the DanceWEB
I’m a Mozambican contemporary-traditional dancer, and choreographer. I graduated in traditional dance techniques and afro contemporary as well as performative arts at P.A.R.T.S.
I got admitted for The danceWEB Scholarship Programme! A great opportunity for me to further my research about the process of evolution in traditional dance movement through modern methods of teaching and learning. This opportunity will allow me to share with the Mozambican dance community and younger generations of dancers.
DanceWEB is a 5-week residency programme, taking place very SOON in July 14/August 18 within the frame of ImPulsTanz - Vienna International Dance Festival. I will have the chance to further my education and experience in the field of contemporary dance, choreography, and performance in a multinational environment.
The scholarship covers accommodations and all the activities within the program but I need your help with other expenses. Your contributions will help me cover the following:
- Round trip Mozambique - Austria
- VISA
- Per diem (food, local transportation)
- Insurance
