Help Vanessa Bunag beat sudden, undiagnosed virus

Dear friends, on Thursday (9/22) Vanessa Bunag (21 years old) came down with a sudden illness. What began with a headache developed into her being admitted to the ICU. Within hours, her symptoms had escalated to slurred speech, loss of muscle strength, insomnia, and eventually, the complete inability to communicate. She is currently being monitored at the hospital, but even with MRIs, CT scans, spinal taps, and a long series of other diagnostics, they have not been able to figure out the cause of her sickness. Hospital bills are stacking up and as her family, we are please asking for your help.

Some of you may know Vanessa already. If you do, you know she is one of the most selfless and caring people on the planet. She has a soul that genuinely glows with warmth and kindness. She is in her second year of nursing school and plans to dedicate her life to helping save others. In her personal life, she helps to support her parents and is 1000% the glue of our family. We could never have imagined that someone so young and full of life could have been struck with such a life-threatening condition without any warning.

We need your help so that Vanessa can continue to battle this sickness. She has a bright future ahead of her and we refuse to give up on her. We have no idea how long Vanessa will need to be in intensive care at this point, she is still under tight surveillance, but we have estimated at least $50,000 for medical expenses.
