We are in Botaski, one of the best waterski clubs in the world and distinguished by a high number of female skiers.
We are making this video to ask for your support as we want to host this year the I Edition of the WOMEN´S BOTASKI PRO AM.
It is heartbreaking to see the lack of Pro female tournaments in the Waterski world compared to mens and, no less important, the difference on the prize money.
Just like a male, we put our bodies on the line overtime we train or compete. We work as hard, in and out of the water. Half of the time, we have it harder because of useless gender boundaries.
We teach our children that life is about having a growth mindset, meaning that, hard work, pays off. But how do we explain our youth, that women and men work equally hard don´t get the same reward?
The waterski community can lead the way towards closing the gender gap and ensure faire and healthy relationships between men and women.
We want to step in and follow Nautiques initiative of gender equality and fitness by equal prize money. But for that we need your help and we have created this crow founding. BE PART OF THE CHANGE

Estamos en Botaski, considerado como una de las mejores escuelas de esquí náutico en el mundo.
Estamos haciendo este video buscando tu apoyo y ayuda para poder celebrar la I Edición del WOMEN´S BOTASKI PRO AM.
Es desolador ver la falta de campeonatos profesionales femeninos en el mundo del esquí náutico en comparación con los de los hombres, y ya ni hablamos de la diferencia económica de los premios.
Igual que cualquier hombre, damos el 100% de nosotros en cada entreno, en cada competición. Trabajamos igual de duro dentro, como fuera del agua. La diferencia está en que la mayoría de las veces estas tareas se complican debido a las absurdas diferencias de género.
Enseñamos a nuestros hijos que la vida se trata de una constante búsqueda del crecimiento, de buscar nuestra mejor versión. Valores en los que el esfuerzo y trabajo duro, tienen recompensa. Pero ¿cómo les explicamos que mujeres y hombres que trabajan igual de duro, no tienen la misma recompensa?
La Comunidad de esquí náutico puede abrir el camino para cerrar la brecha de género y fomentar y garantizar relaciones saludables y justas entre mujeres y hombres.
Queremos dar un paso adelante y aportar nuestro granito de arena siguiendo la iniciativa de Nautique basada en la igualdad y equidad de género con premios económicos iguales. Para ello necesitamos tu ayuda, hemos creado este crowfounding para lograrlo.
