Help Us Say Goodbye to Jenn Properly

Donation protected

It is with great sorrow & regret that I inform you
that my beautiful little sister,
Jennifer Marie Concha passed away today,
Wednesday, 3/10/2021.

Jenn had a HUGE heart. Anyone who has ever
met her can attest to that. She always tried to
make everyone smile & laugh, no matter what.

She loved to be around people and would do
anything she could to help anyone, even if she
didn’t have the means... even when she was
suffering herself.

Jenn struggled with anorexia since she was 12
years old. Since then, her disorder caused
strains on her physical & mental health, as well
as with relationships with friends & family. She  was in this constant battle that now has taken
her life. But no matter how much she struggled, she always put on a happy face and was there
for her loved ones. She also always encouraged
everyone around her to strive to be their best
and reach for their goals. Jenn lived from the
depths of her soul to empower anyone who
needed a ray of her sunshine. She knew the
darkness of her eating disorder and never
wanted nor let anyone know this darkness
within themselves.
Butterfly wings and dresses, glitter and
kindness, Jenn filled this universe....

She had dreams of overcoming her disease and
going on to helping others with eating disorders. She would of been great at that. She was meant for it.  We can only hope she is at peace now.

As some of you may know, last weekend we held a memorial service for our eldest brother
Bernie. Jenn got up and spoke so eloquently
even as she saw the pain and anguish it brought to my parents.

She said to her good friend about our
brothers death, "I am fighting to prevent that
situation and nothing is a better motivator than seeing the pain my parents have been enduring
in having to say goodbye to their child. They
don't deserve to face that again... I know I can be emotionally taxing but I'm also fighting for
recovery because I no longer want to feel like a burden to those around me. Hope glimmers and thoughts about celebrating this life and in thoughts and dreams I have of living a life and not just existing in the world.”

This has been an exceptionally difficult time for everyone... especially our parents. If you have
the ability & want to donate towards helping us
in trying to provide a proper funeral for our
beloved sister, daughter, aunt, cousin and friend - please do so here.

We are grateful for your generosity & kindness.

Please keep our family in your thoughts &
prayers.
