Support our Swedish School

The after school Swedish classes (ages 4-6 & 6-12)  of the Swedish School based in the Netherlands is in need of your support to raise 5000 euros by the start of the school year in September.

This class caters to young kids  with Swedish/half Swedish parentage growing up in the Netherlands, and is vital in helping them explore this side of their language and culture in a educational environment.
For two hours every week, the kids can get lost in world of their Mum's or Dad's and learn about  Vikings,  Mid-Summer bon-fires,  Astrid Lindgren's Pippi Longstockings - but most of all, make friends and learn to embrace the Swedish part of their multi-cultural heritage. 

The 5000 euros will fund the entire 2020-21 school year. This pays for the rental of the classroom, the salary of the teacher and craft supplies for the kids.
