Help us save our beloved Georgi dog

Our beautiful Georgi is currently fighting for her life. In the very early hours of new years day we found a paralysis tick on her. It was removed and she seemed fine for 2 days (Georgi has had a paralysis tick before and has won this battle once before, so we knew what to look out for when monitoring her - yes we use preventatives). She suddenly went down hill, and fast. She couldn't walk, breath, or swallow properly. She then became unable to even sit up. Anyone who knows George well knows how private she is about toileting. I could tell it was really bad when she was unable to even reposition herself and began wetting herself. We weren't sure she'd last the night but after sleepless hours monitoring her she made it through. We took her to the vet 2 days ago and that is where she is now. She has not improved as of yet, however, she hasn't gotten worse either. The vet can only keep her until Saturday midday and then she has to come home (to potentially die) or go to the animal rescue hospital for more treatment.
Unfortunately we can't afford to send her to the ARH as I have my own surgery with another hefty bill in 2 weeks.
My pride has got in the way of me setting this up over the past few days but I can't watch my children miss, and worry and cry for their lifelong friend without trying everything. They don't know a world without their beloved companion.
