Help us save this mare and others from slaughter.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page! We are in the process of rescuing this beautiful pregnant mustang mare who is due to be shipped to slaughter tomorrow (Monday October 25th). It breaks our heart to know that so many like her are destined for this fate almost every day.

She is a two year wild mustang who was taken from her home and family on BLM land! She is pregnant and needs our help ASAP.  She is currently in Oklahoma awaiting a kill truck to pick her up and ship her to Mexico so we are trying arrange transport to us in Joshua Tree as soon as possible. 

She will join our two newly rescued geldings who will arrive home next weekend. These two gentle souls have also been saved from an uncertain future, discarded from the race industry.

We want to give them all a safe space heal, learn to trust humans again, for our mare to birth and ensure they find forever homes.

The money will go towards: Building out a structure for the mare and her baby to safely birth, fencing, medical care and speciality foods to nurse them all back to health. 

This is our first step in incorporating rescue horses into our greater vision for The Holistic Ranch and our future endeavors. Your support means the world to us and we look forward to sharing more surrounding this soon!
