Help Us Replace Our Heating and AC Unit

South Arkansas Heritage Museum is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable corporation chartered in the great state of Arkansas. We are gifted with one of the oldest homes in the city of Magnolia and are struggling to repair and restore it.

To maintain our artifacts, our temperature and humidity levels inside the building must be stable and within a specific range; otherwise, the integrity of our old items is compromised, and we stand to lose them! We have to replace one of our two existing ancient central heating and air conditioning units at a cost of $7,500.00.

We ask that you consider donating to our cause to help us preserve and protect the one-of-a-kind items we have been given. We bear the huge responsibility of protecting and caring for these items that illustrate the history and heritage of our part of south Arkansas. We are the only organization in our immediate area that has assumed this task, and we want to ensure we are doing everything in our power to succeed at this responsibility.

These funds will be used for labor and materials to remove and replace our existing non-working HVAC unit with an energy-efficient unit, service our venting system and filters, and replace our thermostat.

By doing this, we can guarantee improved conditions for our artifacts and donations and ensure they do not deteriorate with the passage of time.
