Rebuilding Sharp360 clothing store ሻርፕ 360

Recent events in Minneapolis have been incredibly heartbreaking as we all witnessed many things that are hard to understand.  We are deeply saddened by the precious life that lost and we send our condolences to the family.

Many businesses in and around our city have been destroyed and unfortunately Sharp360 was no different. It was destroyed on Friday, May 29 in Calhoun Square (the mall the store was located).  The damages to the store were extensive from looting, and the smoke from the fire that was started in the lower level. Sharp360 is a clothing-retail business opened in April 2016, owned and operated by Ethiopian immigrants Gabriel and Hanna.

After dealing with the closure due to the pandemic and being unable to open and operate the store, they were excited to reopen and were immediately faced with this devastating incident.  They have been heartbroken and pained as we all have and it will take some time to heal.

Gabriel and Hanna are very humbled by the outpouring support they have been receiving from of their customers, friends, neighbors and family members for their thoughts and words of encouragement.

Let's all help rebuild Shap360 sadly destroyed

Organized by friends and family of Sharp360, on behalf of Hana and Gabe.
