Help Us Raise Money for a Prosthetic Arm

It was a hot summer day and excitement filled the air! My parents were on their way to see the first ever Raider game in Las Vegas! The air was filled with cheers and chants as they were making their way to the Allegiant Stadium. They crossed the street and just made it to the sidewalk, trailed by numerous Raider fans.

What was supposed to be a day of excitement, would soon turn into a nightmare. When a woman under the influence, going 50 mph in a Chevy Suburban came crashing into them on the sidewalk and fled from the scene. My father lay there unconscious with his left arm severed beneath the elbow, fractured ribs, a laceration above and below his eye and a broken jaw. My mother was knocked out of sight with her left arm and wrist broken and no idea what just had happened. If it were not for the amazing work of the Raider fans, METRO police, paramedics, and the medical team of UMC, we fear what the outcome would have been without them.

Now after a couple weeks of being in the hospital, they rest at home recovering and grateful to be alive and spend another day together. Though that hasn't come without its struggles with follow-ups, insurance, court dates, and loss of income since neither will be working for weeks to come.

So, we are asking for all of your help to get through the financial hardship and one day getting a fully functioning prosthetic arm for my father which alone, can cost us up to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
