HELP US PAY FOR CHARLOTTE'S CANCER TREATMENT

Life can be hard, cancer is terrible, and nothing is free.

Over the past 10 years Charlotte and I have helped raise 36k for cancer research at the James all while training (still not done yet 300k in debt later) to be a doctor here in Columbus at the Ohio State University. Well , it turns out this year we're working to raise money for a different healthcare fight - Charlotte’s battle against breast cancer.

To be honest - this is embarrassing, stressful, and we never thought we'd be here. But it turns out that a lot things aren't covered, somethings that are covered are still expensive, and we have no idea where the final tally will end up. So far we've spent about 14k before even getting to treatment! This week starts the treatment journey - a 6-8 hour surgery and a few day hospital stay.

PS if we manage to over fundraise we plan to donate any excess to cancer care and research.
