Mnemonic Coffee is an upcoming local, queer, women-owned cafe in San Diego. We believe in providing a high-quality and unique coffee-centered experience while also prioritizing sustainability and transparency in our practices.

We are raising funds to cover the initial costs of equipment, buildout, and inventory, as well as marketing and operating expenses. Our team is made up of two experienced and dedicated coffee professionals, Sarah and Gia, who have a combined 18 years of industry experience, as well as countless hours spent researching and developing a menu that showcases our passion for coffee. If you know us at all, you know what a journey we’ve been on to arrive at this point, and how excited we are to finally be opening café doors of our own!

By supporting Mnemonic Coffee, you will not only be helping us achieve our dream of opening a specialty coffee shop, but you will also be contributing to the local community. Our shop will be a space where people can connect with each other – and us- while creating new memories over cups of coffee.
