Help us get Leanda back on her feet

On the 13th May 2019 on her 50th birthday Leanda fell 3m out of her attic and landed on the ladder.
She is really fortunate her spinal cord is undamaged and she doesn't need surgery however she has sustained a fracture to her back and will be in a brace for a minimum of 6 weeks with ongoing remedial intervention required after that.
Despite being one of hardest working people I know, working as a festival cook, running festival cafes, creating art, cooking for retreats and working for an agency where often her role is supporting families and individuals in crisis, she is self-employed and unable to work during this period so will have no income.
To add to the situation, she'd handed her notice in on where she was living before the accident, and is facing being homeless in 3 weeks.
Thankfully we, her friends, have found her a place to rent where we want her to rest and heal without the worry of finances for the next 3 months.
She is facing this difficult situation with much bravery and is determined to get well and back to her work and life as soon as she can.
We need the money to pay for her first three months of rent and bills and any complimentary medicine needed to get her mobile again.
We estimate she needs £4000 to pay for everything she needs.
We need the money by 10th June 2019.
To say that this is an initiation for Leanda is putting it mildly as our fiercely independent friend has never asked for this type of support... EVER!!!!
I know she has been deeply touched by all the messages of love and support and this campaign is the next step into supporting her even more.
