Help us create a unique outdoor space

We are raising money to  create a new outdoor learning space for our children.   Our staff members will be completing a 4-5 hour hike in the Peak District on  Saturday 29th May 2021.

In recent years Nursery School funding has been drastically cut by the Government and we are therefore looking to raise money to provide a exciting new area for our children.  

Our new outdoor space will provide learning opportunities for the children to be creative, take measured risks, be imaginative and develop their all round physical development. It is essential to children's wellbeing  that they have access to outdoor spaces and more so as some of our children do not have these resources at home. Our nursery school is situated in one of the most deprived areas of the city and the current funding that we receive only just covers the basic running costs to operate.

Washwood Heath Nursery is an outstanding early years provider and has a long standing  commitment to serving and providing the best possible experiences for the children and wider community.
