At The Tapscott Learning Trust (TTLT), we are committed to creating safe, accessible, and engaging playgrounds across all our schools—spaces where every child can grow, play, and thrive.

Our schools proudly serve fully inclusive communities, with a high number of pupils who have additional needs. Many of our children face economic or environmental challenges, which means they often miss out on the same opportunities that others may take for granted.

We want every child—regardless of their circumstances—to enjoy active, stimulating, and enriching play every day.

Why We Need Your Help

We have already begun improving our playgrounds, but to continue developing these vital outdoor spaces, we need your support. Each school has unique needs, and our goal is to provide meaningful improvements tailored to each setting.

To help us reach this goal, we are thrilled to have the support of the London Marathon and YST, who have kindly given us a charity place for 2026.

Meet Our Marathon Runner

Adam Eastick, a dedicated member of staff currently working in Year 5 at North Beckton Primary, will proudly represent both The Tapscott Learning Trust and his home school as he takes on the 2026 London Marathon.

As a Well Trust Beacon, we strongly believe in the importance of physical activity and promoting healthy lifestyles. Improving our playgrounds is a key part of this mission—and Adam’s marathon journey will help bring us closer to achieving it.

Our Goal

We are aiming to raise an ambitious £20,000 to transform the playgrounds across all TTLT schools. This funding will support specialist equipment, accessible play features, and safe, interactive outdoor environments that encourage physical development and joyful play.
