Help Us Bring Aundrea Home

Donation protected
On Sunday, March 31, 2019, after fighting depression and anxiety for over two years, this sweet girl ended her own life.  Aundrea Allen was a beautiful, intelligent, 12-year-old sixth grade student at Oak Grove Middle School, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

I was Aundrea's kindergarten teacher when she attended Lillie Burney Elementary School in Hattiesburg.  From the day I first met her, I adored her.  She was an exceptional student -- straight A's and impeccable behavior.  I was devastated when I learned about her death.

Aundrea's family, in addition to grieving the loss of their beloved daughter and sister, is struggling to meet the expenses related to her funeral.  Her parents want to have her buried in Ohio next to her two sisters.

Aundrea's father is a police officer.  As most of you know, police work is a calling to public service.  It is not a lucrative career.  Aundrea's mother currently works three different jobs to help support her family.  With this campaign, we are hoping to ease the financial burdens this family will experience in the coming days.

Thank you so much for your support.  Please keep this sweet family in your prayers now and in the days to come.
