Help Two Women Recover from Theft

We have pressed charges today with the 17th District here in Philadelphia.
Tyree Carter called us and stated he will get us our money (we'll see about that!).

This past Friday my housemate and I were made aware that our 3rd housemate, Tyree Carter, ran off with our rent & utilities for December 2020.
Last we heard, he may be hiding out in NYC. Tyree Carter also used to work at City Tavern & Milkboy in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
We and our landlord are completely floored.
We are hardworking women; I, Princess A., am a single Black female and my housemate, Josslyn P., is a transwoman; she started the year out homeless! She may now be unable to keep her gender-confirmation surgery scheduled for next month. We have both had a very trying 2020, as have many others, and are doing our best to remain positive, as this just happened within the past few days.
We appreciate any donation, and would appreciate a re-share if you are not in the position to donate.
