Help Trishna Rent a Commissary Kitchen

Hi! For those who don't know me, my name is Trishna. I am a self-taught chef who for the past 15 years has been working in the restaurant industry, and like many, I have been greatly affected by the ongoing pandemic. I have always loved cooking, and have had a dream of running my own food truck for at least a decade. 

I figured what better time than now to start making my dreams a reality. 

During 2020 I have been working on creating a meal prep service and a regular client base,  but am quickly realizing I need a bigger kitchen than my $1700 rent can get me. I have been doing some research, and came across a business that not only would provide me a commissary kitchen, but all of the equipment, wholesale vendors, and a staff of 4 to help me with production and delivery, allowing me to produce larger quantities efficiently and consistently. $2500 will allow me to pay for my first month's kitchen rent, as well as cover the costs for me to get the necessary permitting to launch Trishna's Table.
