Help to send Kira to her new home the UK

We are Animal Rescue in Al Mouj. We are a not for profit organisation run by volunteers and residents in Muscat, Oman who give up their spare time to care for injured and abandoned dogs and cats. We believe that TNR (Trap, Neuter, & Release) is the way forward to control the overpopulation of street dogs and cats.
The difficulty of cats and dog rescue in Oman:
Oman has introduced an animal welfare law which stipulates that owners and carers of animals shall take all precautions to ensure that no harm, injury or pain or suffering. Unfortunately we are still seeing pets abandoned in Oman and the number of stray animals are increasing. There is also still is no government funding for charities or shelters helping these animals. It is therefore very challenging rescuing dogs with limited resources but we do as much as we can within our means.
But there is light at the end of the tunnel!
Animal Rescue in Al Mouj have been involved in re-homing many abandoned animals in the UK, Oman and USA. The organisation has now secured a home for Kira now in Oman not in the UK. The reason for this is beacause it has been very difficult to raise funds due to first the Sultan passed away in January and the country went into mourning for 40 days, with all events postponed. Now the Corona Virus demands social distancing and events are again canceled therefore we were struggling to get the money together to send Kira to the UK.
But just as things got worse, with border restrictions introduced and the flight buddy we had arranged unable to travel, an angel appeared to help Kira.
Kira was currently in a pen at the vets after she was found as a puppy with her siblings, trembling under her dead mother who had been shot. Then a lovely person in Oman, Lisa came forward to look after me and now she wants to offer me her home and Kira is so happy because Lisa's other dog, Jasper, is Kira's best friend. Jasper was rescued in Oman, too.
The family is planning to relocate to Abu Dhabi which will be a lot easier than flying Kira to UK. We are planning to help Lisa with the costs of flying Kira there.
For everyone who has donated money already please message us if you would like your money back. . If we don't hear from you, we will assume you're ok to use it for my travel with Lisa.
