Help Timber fight lymes disease
Donation protected
This is our baby girl Timber, she is almost 4. On Sunday December 29, 2019 we decided to take Timber to a new vet because we had taken her to a vet 3-4 times in the same month. The original vet thought at first she had a bacterial infection but no test were ran. She was not getting better so we took her back on Thursday December 26, this time they thought she had whip worms. Still no test were ran, she was just given more meds. On Christmas day she started severely throwing up and had diarrhea. So we decided to take her to another vet, they immediately ran x-rays and a blood test. Within and hour they found out she had a rare form of Lymes disease that causes kidney failure called Lyme Nephritis. They are doing all they can for her. They have her on an IV to flush her kidneys and other antibiotics. She has been hospitalized and is under constant supervision, but just like anyone else that gets hospitalized its not cheap. We are asking for anyone that is able and willing to please help us save our baby girl she is so young and has a long life ahead of her. We will not give up on her no matter the cost. We thank you for taking the time to read this. Any donations that are not used for Timbers vet bills will be donated to help local shelters and vets test for Lymes disease. Thank you.
