My name is Ana, and I'm from Estrela, a city in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. I currently reside in Sydney. Right now, my hometown is experiencing the worst flood in its history, affecting more than 150 cities and causing unprecedented devastation. The level of the Rio Taquari, which typically stands at 15 meters, has already surpassed 33 meters. The scenario is one of total destruction, exacerbated by continuous rainfall with no prediction of the waters receding.

I'm reaching out through this platform to ask for help in providing assistance to the residents of my city.
