Help Thor fight Neuro FIP & Lulu fight Wet FIP

Donation protected
Hi Friends, Family and Supporters,

This is my little kitten Thor. I adopted him Oct. 31st from the colony of cats that my boyfriend feeds. He was certain to not have survived with what has transpired recently. I meditated and spirit told me to adopt him. I asked him in meditation what he wanted to be called and he said "Thor'. I asked 3 times, as I was thinking it was a joke. Well, he is turning out to be 'Thor' in his fighting spirit. My cat Captain Kirk is Thor's uncle.
Thor is about 10 Weeks old. Last Sunday, I had to rush him to the emergency vet as he was walking into walls, not eating and wobbly after being sick earlier in the day with an upset tummy. They gave him meds said he was FELV positive (often a false positive in kittens this young) and sent him home. He started having seizures Monday. I took him to the same vet Thursday and they diagnosed him with Neuro FIP. I couldn't believe it, as I just cured my Lulu of wet FIP. I brought him home hoping he would stay seizure free with the one shot they gave him until I could find a vet with an opening to see him. The emergency vet refused to send me home with seizure prescription since I had a difference of opinion about treating with FIP and was wanting the expertise of my admins for Lulu's case what to do. (Long story. I will never take my cats there any longer). I found a wonderful emergency vet group who is very supportive, caring and allows questions. They also are familiar with the FIP treatment with the group I am part of. I had to take Thor to this vet group 3AM Saturday as he was very sick having constant seizures. He is stable now and I will be picking him up this afternoon. This treatment is very expensive and with all the bills I have had with Lulu, my Cry baby and Tabitha now Thor, I am super stressed. I have paid over $3000 alone to the emergency vets this week. (My total expenses for my cats this year is close to $20,000) Thank God through the support on Lulu's fundraiser I was able to accomplish this.

I am asking for help to get Thor through his 84 days of FIP treatment. I always give back either of my time, wisdom, help and even donate to many causes as I can. This is very hard for me to be humble to ask for help to lighten my load. This has been an unbelievable year in losing my dad and my beloved Zack cat in March. Then to loose my Cry Baby June 28th suddenly and my 15 year old Tabitha two weeks ago to renal failure. Also, the stress of treating my Lulu, who I adopted after losing my dad and Zack. I an unable to have children and my cats are my kids. I am a very proud person and like to do things myself. (Those that know me, know this).

Lulu is very attached to Thor. When I got him, she looked at me with a smile "Mom, for me?" He is her baby. I am concerned that losing him would be devastating to her wellbeing. I am a fighter and will give my cats a chance to the best of my resources and abilities. Let Thor be on your giving tree this Christmas.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
