Help Thelma and her daughter

Hi my name is Lupe and I am running this GoFundMe for my friend Thelma and her daughter Kehlani, who is 3 years old. Thelma's DACA ( deferred action of childhood arrival) expired 4/18/21, the permit allows you to work in the US, as long as you renew it every two years. The DACA fee is $495,  she had a really hard time getting the money together, when she was finally able to send her application in with her money, her DACA was near expiration. She still hasn't received any updates on her process, and she had to stop working due to her permit expiring. Her job did not give her her final check, and now she is worried that she won't be able to pay her bills until she gets her permit back. This has caused her a lot of hardship financially and mentally, as she was already struggling to make ends meet because of the pandemic and just being a single mom. We are hoping to raise enough money to pay her rent and maybe a couple of her other bills. Thank you all for your help, and I will keep everyone updated! Much love!
