Hurricane Harvey has left so many people in devastating positions. Some of my best friends since college are amongst that growing number. They are such great friends to everyone and I hate to see them have to go through this. They had to evacuate three different locations with their 4 year old and dog and cat. God is Good and everyone is safe! But there is always the aftermath to deal with that can take another toll on you. They were told when they moved into their house that flood insurance wasn't something that they would need. As of today (1 week after evacuating their home) the water is still too high to even go and access damages. I know anything will help and so I wanted to start this in hopes to relieve a little bit of stress that they will continue to endure over the next couple of months. Hopefully they will be able to actually go to their house soon and we can all physically start helping them rebuild but if you're in a position to donate any amount of money I know anything will help!
