Help the stirewalt family after an accident

On Friday April 3rd my best friend since childhood, David Stirewalt was in a horrific  motorcycle accident where he was hit head on by a dually truck  who swerved into his lane.  David is a loving husband and father of 4. He is the sole provider for his family and wife who is a full time nursing student. His injuries include but are not limited to dislocated elbow, broken wrist and forearm, broken femur (thigh), fractured spine in his neck and back, a brain bleed and a slight tear in his carotid artery that supplies blood to the brain. On impact his head hit the hood of the truck and shattered every bone is his face but his forehead. He was wearing a DOT approved full face helmet. Due to the facial breaks he aspirated an immense amount of blood into to his lungs, which the trauma surgeon had to suction out upon arrival to the hospital. He is stable but sedated and on a ventilator. He has many surgeries coming in the next couple weeks with a very lengthy road to recovery. With David being the sole provider for his family they could use financial support through this traumatic time.  If you are able to help in any way it would be greatly appreciated.
