Help the Smith Family Buy a Van

The Smith family is part of the Make a Wish Georgia foundation. Jared, who just celebrated an 18th birthday, has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair-bound. He needs constant care and the family van has recently become unreliable, and they are unable to use it.
