Help The Rosemary Bakery bloom

Hello friend! My name is Brooke, and I am the owner and founder of The Rosemary Bakery. As a little girl, I always loved baking and being caught up in Nature. Being half Italian, it wasn't much of something I could escape from-it flows in my veins, at least, that's what I'm told.
When my mother, grandmother, and I would bake together it filled the air with this sense of home. Not only that, but I grew up with stories of my great-grandmother caring for her garden, and foraging for ingredients. It is no wonder I have such a love and passion for pastry and Nature.

I started The Rosemary Bakery with the hope and desire to bring people together, while also staying conscious of our impact in Nature.
My dream is to be the local bakery where you go for your fresh bread, to pick up pastries for a friend in need, a little dessert for those treat-yourself days, and just a place to catch the lingering scent of fresh baked goods.
I want to provide a warm sense of home to my customers. In such a fast paced world full of convenience, I would love to bring back a slower pace of life-one where you gather around the table with those who mean most. I want to provide an experience with baked goods made the right way with ingredients free of preservatives, dyes, hormones, and pesticides. And I would like continue to be aware of our waste, working with local farmers, and using only recycled paper good when needed. To me every last detail is important as this isn't just a pastry-it's something you carry on into your homes to create beautiful memories.

Since 2016 I have successfully sold at local farmers market, lived on a small farm/boulangerie in France to study bread, and have been published/sought after for our divine treats. More importantly, though, I have made incredible connections with our customers. Being able to hear their stories, how they are, and really get to be part of their lives while sharing what I love has been a dream come true. I am constantly in awe of how beautiful the community is within the metroplex, and I couldn't be more thankful.

Our business has always been modeled after gathering together, and really creating a sense of unity. We would love to continue expanding from our farmers markets and use this money to go towards opening a brick and mortar, equipment, and general start up costs.
I am so incredibly passionate about this business, and have been since day one. My history in this type of work includes working as a line cook, baker, kitchen manager, and pastry chef over the years. And since I started the bakery in 2014/2015, I have been constantly working hard to ensure a great product for my own company. After growing up watching such strong women create an atmosphere that radiated warmth, togetherness, and joy, I have wanted nothing more than to dedicate my life's work to doing exactly what I experienced growing up. I wanted to dedicate my business to the women that have inspired and given to me most.
(Hey mom, grandma-I'm looking at you.)
I would love the opportunity to continue to honor both my mother, grandmother, and to grow within the metroplex I proudly call home. I would be so thankful for any action-whether that be a donation, a sweet note, or sharing my story. I couldn't do this without you all.

And most often I find myself wondering 'what could be more beautiful than this?'.
