Help the Pritchett Family reclaim their home

My brother and his wife’s home was hit by a teen that stole a car and lost control. They have been homeless because of this since the beginning of November 2019. Due to very strained financial issues already they didn’t have home owners insurance and the family of the teen and the car insurance of the car that was stolen has refused to pay.  My brother has tried to get loans to get his home fixed but can not get enough to fix everything. They need the mobile home to be reset on its foundation, the electricity needs repairing, the water lines/pipes need repair, the furnace system is now burned up and needs replacing, wall inside needs repairing, porch front and back need replaced, the under pinned of the home needs replacing. My brother and his wife are the kindest people you will meet and would not even consider suing the family so instead they suffer the consequences of others negligence. Please help me get them back in their home.
