Help the Platt Family

I met Shane through my company and was instantly touched by his passion for life and positive attitude. He works as the receptionist and is always helpful, courteous and respectful to all. 

Shane is a responsible go getter with big dreams and a heart of gold. He lived with his Grandmother, Mother and Sister in downtown Los Angeles.

Unfortunately, this past week Shane lost his mother in a fire. Their family home was burnt down due to an electrical fire.  Shane evacuated his Grandmother and Sister from the house and tried to save his Mother three times, by risking his life and running into the burning home.

Ultimately the smoke was too much and her body was severely burned. Shane and his Grandmother made the hardest decision of their life to let their most loving Mother and Daughter off life support and pass on to the other side.

Shane’s Mom is the missing link between himself and younger 16 year- old Sister and his Grandmother (age 85) . At 23 years old he has instantly become the sole provider for his family. This GoFundMe  funds will go to help Shane, his Grandmother and Sister with life essentials like food and mortgage.  We are here to support and Love one another and this is a friend in need.
