Help the Mukas Recover

On Monday, June 28, 2021 a fast moving fire broke out in an apartment at 60-04 Woodbine Street in Queens, NY.  At the time, FDNY firefighter Marius Muka was working his shift in Brooklyn when he received a call that the building he lives in with his elderly parents was where this fire occurred.

Due to the damage, he and his parents have been displaced from their apartment and lost many valuables. With a heatwave upon us firefighter Muka is left with the burden of locating housing for himself and his parents all while he continues to protect the lives and properties of his fellow New Yorkers.

As a result any assistance would be a greatly appreciated. Because of the extreme circumstances such as this we are thankful to have this platform to try and meet our goal in helping one of New York's Bravest and his parents.
