Hello All

My name is Mohammed Mousa, a Palestinian who resides in the Netherlands.

I'm launching this fundraiser on behalf of my brother, Saleh Mousa. My brother has 3 kids and currently, they live in Rafah City, Southern Gaza Strip.

Here's my brother's story:

I am sure you are all aware of the situation in Gaza. We have been living under war for more than 150 days now. All the things I would say will not be enough to describe what is going on here in Gaza. I've been always saying that I was born here and I want to die here and raise my kids here. Sadly, after more than 150 days of fear, danger, anxiety, hunger, and blood we can't stand the situation anymore. I, and my family, want to live in peace. Peace is a dream for me and I want it to come true. I want to see my kids happy, I am tired of the fact they are scared and anxious all the time. I am tired of seeing them rush to me whenever they hear a missile coming down thinking that it is coming for them.

The neighborhood where I live is called Hay Al-jennena, eastern of Rafah, Gaza. My neighborhood has been targeted all the time. My home has been partially damaged. Whenever a strike takes place in my neighborhood, we could find
shrapnel inside our home or around it, which puts my life and the kids's lives at risk. I don't my kids to get hurt, I want them to live as normal kids live. Here are some pictures:

These are some missile fragments I found inside or near my house. One of these sharpnels is enough to end a human life, as you know

This is a picture of a nearby explosion just one street away from my house:

My wife's words (Ihsan Mousa):

I am a mother of 3 kids and I am expecting a baby in a month. Every day literally every day, I have nightmares about giving birth in Gaza and how I will be able to handle it in this genocide. I want to get my kids out of Gaza to safety, it scares me to death that something bad might happen to them, they are innocent humans and they deserve to live in peace. please stand for Gazan women.

As a family, we had a lot of dreams for the future, but right now our greatest dream is to live in peace away from this genocide. If they envaded Rafah it will be extremely hard even to go to the hosbital and I might give birth at home and this is really horrifying. Me and my husband are teachers. We have lovely students and we are really fond of all of them. It is really shocking and sad that we are getting news of the death of our students all the time. It broke our hearts to see these innocent kids die or get hurt. These are some of my blackboard, an English teacher. We got the news that my school was damaged and many of my students lost their homes, parents, or even their lives in Kanyounis City, Northern Gaza Strip.

Please share our campaign and tell your friends about us. Even a 5 dollar donation will mean a lot to us and will help us evacuate to Egypt. Thank you in advance. I hope that my family and I will be given the chance to live in safety soon.

Note//Each adult needs 5000-8000 dollars to be able to travel through the Rafah Crossing point.

Each child needs 2500-3500 dollars to get out of Gaza through the Rafah Crossing point.
