Help the Montiferru rebuild after the inferno.

Mijn naam is Guido en ik woon nu al meer dan 16 jaar op Sardinië in een mooi dorpje aan de westkust genaamd Cuglieri.
We hebben hier ons huis gebouwd, kinderen gekregen, werk gecreerd en zijn een deel van de gemeenschap geworden.
Op 24 juli 2021 woedde er een verwoestende brand door het dorp, de bergen, de velden, de landbouwgronden en letterlijk de hele Montiferru stond in brand.
Niet alleen ons dorp, maar ook Santu Lussurgiu, Scanu Monteferru, Porto Alabe, Tresnuraghes, Sennariolo en meer zijn zwaar getroffen.
De vuurzee heeft ALLES op zijn pad verwoest: olijfbomen, wijngaarden, vee, landbouwgrond, boerderijen, tractoren, auto's, schuren, huizen etc..
Sardinie, en in het bijzonder de Montiferru regio, is een ouwenoud landbouwgebied waar mensen afhankelijk zijn van het land. Dat kostbare land is nu grotendeels verwoest.
De nood is HOOG en er is geld nodig. Doneer alstublieft, zodat u de mensen hier kunt helpen hun leven terug te krijgen. Wij zullen alle donaties zelf ontvangen en distribueren aan diegene die speciaal behoefte hebben aan financiele hulp en zorgen dus dat jullie donaties bij diegene terecht komt die het echt nodig hebben.
Ik zal de fondsen aan de beoogde begunstigden overhandigen door geld te schenken aan: 1. boeren die ik ken en die veel van hun dieren, machines en boerderijen hebben verloren. 2. Barracelli (vrijwillige boswachters) die moderner brandbestrijdingsmateriaal moeten aanschaffen. 3. lokale bedrijven in het dorp wiens winkel beschadigd of zelfs vernietigd is. Uiteraard houd ik u op de hoogte!

My name is Guido and I have lived in Sardinia for more than 16 years in a beautiful village called Cuglieri.
Here we have built our house, had children, created works and become part of the community.
On 24 July 2021 a devastating fire raged through the village, the mountains, the fields, the agricultural land and literally the whole Montiferru was on fire.
Not only our village, but also Santu Lussurgiu, Scanu Monteferru, Porto Alabe, Tresnuraghes, Sennariolo and more were badly hit.
The inferno destroyed EVERYTHING in its path: olive trees, vineyards, cattle, farmland, farms, tractors, cars, barns, houses etc..
Sardinia, and in particular the Montiferru region, is an ancient agricultural area where people depend on the land. That precious land has been largely destroyed.
The need is HUGE and they need money. Please donate so that you can help the people here to get their lives back. We will receive all donations ourselves and distribute them to those who are in particular need of financial help, thus ensuring that your donations reach those who really need them.
I will be delivering the funds to the intended beneficiaries by giving cash donations to: 1. farmers who I know and have lost many of their animals, machines and farms. 2. Barracelli (volunteer forest rangers) who need to buy modern fire fighting equipment. 3. local businesses in the village who had their shop damaged or even destroyed. Mi chiamo Guido e vivo in Sardegna da più di 16 anni in un bellissimo paese chiamato Cuglieri.
Qui abbiamo costruito la nostra casa, avuto figli, creato opere e siamo diventati parte della comunità.
Il 24 luglio 2021 un incendio devastante imperversò nel villaggio, le montagne, i campi, i terreni agricoli e letteralmente tutto il Montiferru era in fiamme.
Non solo il nostro villaggio, ma anche Santu Lussurgiu, Scanu Monteferru, Porto Alabe, Tresnuraghes, Sennariolo e altri sono stati gravemente colpiti.
L'inferno ha distrutto TUTTO sul suo cammino: ulivi, vigneti, bestiame, terreni agricoli, fattorie, trattori, automobili, fienili, case ecc.
La Sardegna, e in particolare la regione del Montiferru, è un'antica zona agricola dove la gente dipende dalla terra. Quella preziosa terra è stata in gran parte distrutta.
Il bisogno è ENORME e hanno bisogno di soldi. Per favore, fate una donazione per aiutare le persone qui a riavere la loro vita. Riceveremo noi stessi tutte le donazioni e le distribuiremo a coloro che hanno particolarmente bisogno di aiuto finanziario, assicurandoci così che le vostre donazioni raggiungano chi ne ha veramente bisogno.
Consegnerò i fondi ai beneficiari previsti dando donazioni in denaro a: 1. agricoltori che conosco e che hanno perso molti dei loro animali, macchine e fattorie. 2. Barracelli (guardie forestali volontarie) che hanno bisogno di acquistare moderne attrezzature antincendio. 3. le imprese locali del paese che hanno avuto il loro negozio danneggiato o addirittura distrutto. Ovviamente vi terrò informati!
