Help the Guzman Gomez Family

In early January, Antonio "Toto" Guzman Herrejon was forced to return to hometown, Santa Ana Maya, Mexico from Traverse City, Michigan. He leaves his wife, Jessie Guzman Gomez, and daughters, Aulani (4), and Anabel (3). In Santa Ana Maya, Toto has been living with his sick mother, aiding her the best he can, but the pressure of her health issues and missing his family was too great. In late February, Toto went missing. Eventually, he was found at the top of a mountain, saying he had to leave and kill himself. After being hospitalized, the rash actions were attributed to stress and Typhoid fever. 

In Traverse City, Toto's wife, Jessie, is struggling to care for her two girls on her own. Even with Toto around, money was tight. Now, living with her parents, Jessi is frustratedly attempting to stay on top of her bills, caring for her daughters, and paying Toto's hospital expenses in Mexico. As for Aulani and Anabel, they are dealing with the harsh possibility of a future without their father. The Guzman Gomez family will also be working toward finding an answer to Toto's immigration status, aided by compassionate local immigration lawyers.

-Two round-trip airline tickets for Annabell and Aulani to visit their father in Mexico

-Basic bills and expenses

For the Guzman Gomez family, Toto was a loving father, a devoted husband, as well as the main economic provider. Without him, Jessie and her daughters are struggling to survive. Please donate to their cause and, ultimately, bring Toto home permanently.
