Help Paulina Franchini recover from cancer

Dear Friends and Family, 

Many of you know that my dear niece and goddaughter, Paulina Franchini, became very sick at the end of January. She ended up in the ER and it was there that they found out her situation was much more serious and required transfer to a specialty hospital. A few days later she had a very invasive surgery to remove two very large, cancerous tumors in her abdomen.  She is currently undergoing chemo as well as alternative medical treatment. The alternative treatment is expensive and not covered by insurance. The whole family has quite a journey ahead of them. I decided to start this GoFundMe because I know there is a need and my sister and brother in law are overwhelmed between the almost daily doctor visits, added expenses, taking care of the rest of the family (Paulina has four younger siblings), making healthy meals for Paulina, and maintaining their own health during this stressful time. 

Whatever you can give is incredibly appreciated and will help lighten their burden and aid Paulina in her recovery. She recently turned 15 years old, but has the resignation of someone much older. She is completely willing to suffer like a saint so Our Lady can send graces where they are most needed.  Please keep her and the whole family in your prayers!

They are also in need of a reliable vehicle (mini-van) to get them to medical appointments and to meet basic daily transportation needs.
