Help the Estevez family

Donation protected
Hi all, Rachal and Anna here.

We would like to keep everyone informed of what is going on with baby Blakely. On January 27th Blakely went in for a routine well-check visit where they felt a mass on her stomach. Blakely was sent to Children's hospital to get blood work and a CT scan. After tests were complete, it was determined that Blakely has a Wilms tumor on her left kidney, also known as a nephroblastoma, in addition to a small lesion on her right kidney. The doctors decided to start with 6 weeks of chemotherapy to shrink the mass on the left and hopefully get rid of the one on the right. She will need to get her left kidney removed at some point. Chemo will start next week.

On top of this news, Abbie and Blake are in between jobs without insurance for the time being and are still facing issues with the destruction of their home after hurricane Ida.
Blake is a former Fireman of Houma, and is now with JPFD . He dedicates his life to giving back to the community on a daily basis and now he and Abbie need our support more than ever. If you are able, we would appreciate any support you can give to the Estevez family.

We will continue to post updates on her journey.
Please respect their privacy during this difficult time.

Love, Rachal and Anna.
