Help the Doyle Family Through Medical Crisis

Hi, my name is Josey Bailey. I am starting this fundraiser in hopes to raise some money to help my uncle, Waylon Doyle, age 45, devoted husband to his wife, Patty Doyle, my aunt, and their three young children: Bailey, age 17, a senior in high school, Kable, age 13, an eighth grader in junior high, and Emberli Kate, age 5, in kindergarten, on the medical bills he is facing at this time. He was hospitalized on July 15, 2024, for Diverticulitis, which resulted in a tear in his colon causing infection and an abscess. He currently has a loop colostomy bag. He has had multiple procedures and two extensive stays in the hospital. He will be going back into the hospital soon to have everything reversed and to remove the colostomy bag, if everything has healed correctly. He is still looking at 6-8 weeks of recovery time after that surgery.

On top of this unexpected illness, he had just started a new job and had not made it to his 90 days for his insurance to kick in. So he has been medically discharged because he has been unable to work during this time, leaving them with no pay and no insurance. My aunt Patty works for a non-profit organization, but at this day and age, a family of five living off of one income is extremely hard.

As you can imagine, this has been life-altering for them at this time and has put a financial strain on the family. The funds would go directly to my Aunt Patty and Uncle Waylon to help cover medical expenses and day-to-day living. I know this will not cover everything, but this is a start in providing a little help. Your generous donation, no matter the size, will make a huge impact for this family.
