Help The Creative Create Again

As many of you already know, Anthony is a creative in our community that is passionate about inspiring others and continuously working towards being a public influencer. Not only has he co-founded a not-for-profit, worked closely with public figures such as Norm Kelly, and currently, is working on an initiative to inspire others to do what they love, but Anthony is much more - He’s my best friend. Which is why it really hurt me to hear that his gear was stolen, and I couldn’t even begin to imagine how he was feeling.
Anthony has been through a lot in his life, and being set back $4500 doesn’t help. In fact, it’s not the money that bothers him the most but rather the sentiments and connotation behind the gear. Working 3 jobs throughout University and being in a household with no family income, Anthony became the definition of the word “hustle” to purchase the gear he needed to make the content we all enjoy. That same gear Anthony has described to me many times as being an extension of his arm, and has sadly been taken away.
So what’s next? I’m positive that Anthony has affected each and every one of us in some way, whether it be through the content he creates, or just being a dear friend. Knowing him well enough, Anthony is not fond of asking for help, even when he really needs it. But after the support and outreach from all of you, he’s definitely making great strides in becoming more accepting as he realized that the very people that want to help him are the ones he has inspired and connected with. People believe in him like I do, and even if it means contributing a dollar to get him creating content again, it would mean the world to him and all of us.
