Help The Burford Farm flood recovery.

The farm in Valdora that Amanda and Darren Burford  and their 5 kids call home has been hit hard by the floods that have devastated the Sunshine Coast.

 

They have literally built this farm from the ground up. They have poured all they have physically , emotionally and financially into turning a 125 acre plot of sugar cane to a budding cattle and turf farm.

Years of preparation has just seen them launch their new turf business and a once in a generation flood has wiped it all out in a matter of days. Thousands of dollars worth of equipment and materials have been damaged or destroyed. Their livelihood has been decimated.

 

The true extent of the damage and loss won’t be known for some time but it will take a village to help them rebuild.

 

They will never ask for help but anything you can spare to help them with the clean up and huge rebuild would be incredibly appreciated.

The funds will be used to help with the huge clean up bill, replace and repair the damaged materials and equipment and  to help the ongoing running expenses of the farm while they get the business restarted.  

 

Let’s band together and get them back on their feet.
