Help the Ballers make it to the NWBA Nationals

Hello everyone my name is Francois Fried,
This request is from the Ballers, a wheelchair Basketball team that I am part of from Jacksonville, FL. Our team was supposed to compete in the national championship of the NWBA (National Wheelchair Basketball Association) in Wichita, Kansas from March 12th-14th, but last minute our sponsors had to cancel our travel due to the circumstances in our country with the COVID-19. The NWBA Nationals is the NBA Finals for disabled athletes.
We all have worked so hard to go to nationals and bring back the national title in our division, but we now can’t go as we do not have the finances. We are asking for your help to raise $20,000 in 24hrs to cover traveling and tournament expenses (plane tickets, hotel, car rentals, gas, etc.) so that our entire wheelchair basketball team can make it there and win the title we all have been working towards. A virus shouldn’t be what holds us back from achieving our goals.
Please help us spread the word, share this fundraiser, and donate if you can. I will receive all the funds to pay for the entire team’s traveling expenses and/or refund them for whatever they pay themselves relating to traveling expenses. Your support is greatly appreciated, we will give it everything we’ve got if you allow us to make this happen. Remember we only have 24 hours and whatever you can give will help us get there.
