Help the animals affected by Australia's bushfires
While most of Australia's fires are considered "contained" at this point, their effects will be seen for years to come. Climate change is only going to worsen the situation, and we have so much to lose.
Ecologists estimate that at least 1 billion animals have been affected by the fires since September. Australia is one of the Earth's most beautifully biodiverse places, serving as the only home of countless species, including the koala, kangaroo, and platypus.
Let's all work together to help these affected animals avoid extinction. WIRES works with other organizations to help provide emergency services to these amazing animals, including rescue, rehabilitation, and preservation.
P.S.
If we reach our goal of 755 AUD (500 US Dollars) I will shave my head. So if you think I need a haircut, maybe you can help getting that done at the same time!
